The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is the first world university pledged to HeForShe Initiative, a United Nations Women campaign. In 2016 Summer, We have taken part in making a highlight videos for HeforShe “idea-thon”, a two-day event with keynote address, panel talks and breakout discussion which new ideas are sparked to promote gender equality.
Online voting was held on twitter @HeforShe with 352K followers , picking the best solutions to be carry out in campus. Highlight videos were also uploaded to campus media channel, U-vision.
